- Projector & cables
- 2 laptops for demonstration
- 1 laptop (optional) for note-taking
- Site specific items
- White canvas.paper for projector and pins (for Gandii DRMFSS site)
- Flip-chart paper + flip-chart stand(for Nifasilk DRMFSS site)
Project Manager
- Backup projector & cables (recommended)
- Powerpoint Slides
- Printouts:

- 25 x A4 Demonstrtion Feedback from previous demonstration

- 02 x A4 "Sprint vs Release" powerpoint slide (to be given to DRMFSS staff explaining it)
