Purpose of this page

This page looks at the broad Project Success Criteria: Project-Level Success Criteria, and translates this into specific requirements to be met by the developers. This will be used at three points in the development:

  1. At the start of development, as included in /wiki/spaces/CTS/pages/2162689. Provides a clear starting point for the development

  2. Once development is underway, and as changes to the Project Success Criteria: Project-Level Success Criteria occur, this provides a mechanism for all parties to agree on what the changes are and what the impact on development time will be. Changes will be documented in /wiki/spaces/CTS/pages/2162708, /wiki/spaces/CTS/pages/2162706/wiki/spaces/CTS/pages/2162705 and/or /wiki/spaces/CTS/pages/2162704 as relevant.

  3. Finally, once this project is complete, the current Project Success Criteria: Project-Level Success Criteria will act as the primary means, outside user feedback, by which completeness can be judged.
